Section 144 has been implemented in view of New Year celebrations in Mumbai. Under which 5 or more people are not allowed to gather. Night curfew is in force from 11 pm to 6 am. No partying at a restaurant, bar, pub, beach or terrace after 11 p.m. "We are monitoring with drones," a Mumbai police spokesperson said.
