Tadasan
The most common problem of weight gain can be eliminated by doing Tadasana. To do this asana, stand on the toes and extend both hands upwards, keeping the palms of the hands towards the sky and the neck straight. This asana is called tadasana. But this is different from the tree seat.
Bhujangasana
Doing this asana every day strengthens the lungs. It also affects digestion. Go to bed with abdominal burns to do this asana. Then bring the hand up with the elbow bent and lift the body upwards with the force of the palm.
Gomukhasan
Doing this asana eliminates respiratory ailments. Making breathing easier gives peace of mind and removes any kind of stress. To do this asana, after sitting in Dandasana, keep the part of the left foot from knee to ankle touching the ground. Sit with the right knee on the left knee. Now move the left hand from below and the right hand from above to the back of the back. Now try to hold both palms and keep the neck and waist straight.
Shavasana
Doing this asana helps in eliminating diseases like high blood pressure, insomnia and stress. Lie down on your back and relax all your limbs. Take a deep breath slowly and feel as if you are falling asleep. Do this asana for 10 minutes every day.
