1. Shavasana

Lie on your back to do this asana. Keep your mind calm while doing easy. Now loosen the legs and also place the hands directly near the body. Make sure your whole body is still on the ground. Doing this asana regularly relieves body fatigue and also increases the radiance of the eyes.

2. Anulom Vilom

Sit down to do this asana. Now straighten your waist and neck. Then close your eyes. Now bring your hand to your nose. Close the right nostril with one thumb. And exhale slowly through the left nostril. After exhaling, start inhaling from the left nostril. Close the left nostril with your fingers after inhaling as much as possible. And exhale slowly by removing the thumb from the right nose. Do this process for 3 to 5 minutes. Doing this asana relieves eye fatigue. And the light of the eye shines.

3. Striking seat

This asana is an asana performed in the dark. That is why night time is right. Darken the room if you do it during the day. Now light a candle in the room and sit in a pranayama posture. Now you have to look at the candle without blinking. Then close your eyes and pronounce Om and then open your eyes. Do this procedure at least 3 times. Then rub your palms against each other and then open your eyes by touching them with those warm palms. Keep in mind that your eyes should be on the nose when opening the eyes. Do this asana at least 3 times a week.

4. Sarvangasana

First lie on the ground with your back burning and keep both hands on the side of the body. Now slowly move both legs upwards. Bring the legs to about 120 degrees and lift the arms and place them behind the waist. After remaining in this position for a few seconds, slowly lower the legs. Doing this easily increases blood circulation to the muscles around the eyes, thereby increasing the brightness of the eyes.
