New delhi date. 17 September 2020, Thursday

Everyone likes to stay up late and get 8 hours of sleep. But when it comes to getting up early in the morning, many people do not have the habit of getting up early in the morning. Such people find it very difficult to get up early in the morning until some people can't even wake up after the alarm goes off. Not being able to get up early in the morning means that you are not getting enough sleep or you are not getting enough sleep. Then whether you are working or not, everyone has their own time to get up in the morning. But if we can't get up early in the morning, how can we finish all the work on time or make time for other work. So find out how and with what habits you can go to bed on time and even wake up early in the morning.

Bedtime routine

- Do not consume any substance containing caffeine for 6 hours before going to bed.

- Do not use any machine or device whose blue light falls on your eyes at least 2-3 hours before going to bed. This is also a big reason for not falling asleep.

- Give yourself some rest before going to sleep. Read books or take a bath with a good shower gel. Don't do anything that makes your body tired or sleepy.

- Try to sleep less throughout the day.

Set a bedtime

First you need to know how many hours of sleep you need. Most people get 7-9 hours of sleep. Schedule your day's work according to these hours. Suppose, you have to get up at 7 in the morning then you should go to bed by 11 at night. Schedule your bedtime not only for weekends but also for weekends.

Do not snooze the alarm due to laziness

Most people have a habit of setting an alarm to get up early in the morning, but do not turn off the alarm due to laziness. The habit of going to bed 10 minutes after the alarm sounds good, but this is not good for your health. When you fall asleep little by little, this habit of yours makes you more lazy and you feel more sleepy. That's why when your alarm goes off in the morning, you should turn it off and wake up immediately.

Eating habits

Healthy things should be eaten at meal time, as our food affects our energy level very much. If we eat unhealthy things, it will cause laziness inside us. Your diet should definitely include fruits, vegetables, omega-3 rich nutrients and grains.

Exercise

Getting up and exercising every morning not only makes your body healthier and reduces your weight but also helps you sleep better. Exercise also has a positive effect on people who suffer from insomnia, over-thinking, and depression. If you dance, it is also very beneficial for your health, because it also exercises your body in a way. Exercise increases our body's energy level.

Get out in the daylight

If you stay home all day, get up in the morning and go for a walk, sit on your balcony and keep your curtains open for a while. This will give you light outside, which is very necessary for your body. It will also keep you in a good mood and increase your energy level.

Consult a doctor

If you have trouble getting up in the morning despite all these habits, consult a doctor. Also if there is any problem in your life due to which you cannot sleep then tell your problem to someone close to you so that he can help you get out of this problem.
