You must have heard about body yoga. So is facial yoga. Facial yoga is done to strengthen the specific muscles of the face. Face yoga can be considered as a treatment to fix facial wrinkles. Face yoga is done to maintain the radiance of the face. It strengthens the skin of nose, cheeks, beard etc.

Tips and methods of face yoga

Tongue Pose

In this posture, stick your tongue out as long as you can and hold it out for twenty five to thirty seconds. It gets rid of dark circles under the eyes. It also gets rid of wrinkles under the eyes.

Fish Pose

In this pose you keep sucking the lips and cheeks inwards. This will make the face look like a fish. Leave it for a few seconds. Doing this procedure at least three times improves the facial muscles.

Mouth Wash Pose

This is a very simple process. You can do this yoga in the same way that you rinse after filling your mouth with water. Move the mouth as if you were rinsing after filling the mouth with air. Keep doing it as long as you are able to do so. Do this process two to three times. This will get rid of the excess fat in the filter.

Chin Lift Pose

This posture involves looking up at the sky above the dock. Then hold your lips as if kissing the sky. Let this posture stay for a while. Do this two to three times after an interval of a few seconds. This will improve the neck muscles.

Meditation Pose

One should try to meditate in the eyebrows after closing the eyes in the meditation posture. You can do this for about one to two minutes. Then slowly open the eyes. You can also do it twice a day.

Lion Pose

One of the coolest poses is the Lion Pose. Pull the tongue out and bring it down rather than lower the jaw. Then make a lion-like sound by inhaling the air into the mouth. Do this process five times. This will help to lengthen and strengthen the facial muscles.
