Doing this yogasana also gives a natural glow. For which you will have to put in a lot of effort. Everything from expensive chemical creams to facials will be a waste of money. But even glowing skin can be easily found with the help of this yogasana. Just like we make a pout for taking a selfie, keep your cheeks inwards for a while and stay in this position for 30 seconds. Do this procedure at least four to five times after resting the face for a while. The difference will be seen in a few days.
This yogasana will help you lose fat quickly if you are bothered by double chin. To do this, lift your face up and look at the ceiling. Open your mouth with this. Let stand for 10-15 seconds. Repeat this process after resting for a while. This is a very effective yoga for burning facial fat.
Facial yogasanas are very simple. Just need to do this yogasana every day. For this asana, we have to rinse the mouth with water in the same way as we rinse the mouth with water. Doing this for about four to five seconds, moving once to the left and another time to the right and between, reduces fat.
