Breathing in and out is usually a natural process when exercising and relaxing but if you try the right process it not only improves performance but also increases strength. The procedure of taking deep breaths from the diaphragm instead of the chest while exercising is considered to be the most appropriate. This delivers plenty of oxygen to the lungs, which is what the body needs most during exercise.
For breathing during exercise, follow these tips: -
