Looking to the side: - To do this asana, first sit with your legs straight in line with the body. Then let go of the fist and raise the hand with the thumb on the side. Then look carefully at the point in front of your eyes and focus the eye from one side to the other. Do this procedure at least 10 times. Then close your eyes and relax.

Looking the other way : - This is also a very easy way. To do this, first sit with your legs straight in line with your body. Then move your left fist and thumb upwards. Now keep your eyes focused on the left thumb and focus on the point at a height in front of your eyes. Then do this procedure with the thumb of the right hand and then close your eyes and relax the eyes.
