New delhi date. 09 August 2020, Sunday

Is Sunday too lazy for you? Do you also think that you should stay up late this day? If Sunday starts like this then your week may not go well either.

Sunday should be the most common and energetic day of the week, according to a recent study conducted at the University of Alberta in Canada. Only then will you be in high spirits for the next 6 days.

Say junk food on Sunday Tata-bye, bye

According to the survey, about 57 percent of people said they ate a lot on Sundays and ate a lot of junk food. Most people wake up late and eat cheese sandwiches, coffee, eggs, etc. around 12 o'clock. According to the dietitian, some people eat paratha, kachori, puri or chhole-bhatur at Sunday brunch. Lassi, milkshakes, puddings and sweets are also enjoyed. This means that there is no limit to the intake of calorie rich food. As more calories are stored in the body, it becomes difficult to digest food due to exercise and not working. This is the reason why eating too much junk food one day can lead to problems like acidity, intestinal infections, obesity, heart enlargement.

Do this to keep the energy intact for the next 6 days

- Get up on Sunday at regular time or ahead of time. Drink on an empty stomach by mixing one teaspoon of honey in one teaspoon of lemon juice with two glasses of warm water. This keeps your stomach clean and signals your body that you will not do any injustice to the body throughout the day.

- After half an hour of exercise or yoga, fill a plate and eat two to three fruits. Eat before sour fruit. You can eat any fruit like apple, pear, papaya, watermelon, grape, cherry, pineapple.

- Drink a glass of buttermilk or lemon water around eleven o'clock. It will keep your metabolism healthy.

- Eat vegetables and lentils with about 2 loaves around one o'clock. Or eat chicken and bread. Your meal should not be heavy.

- A light, easy to digest food on Sundays, rich in vitamins D, B12, A and E will prepare your body for a week of vigor and keep cholesterol under control. Eating a light diet will not require your body's machinery to work overtime.

- In the evening you can have snacks with coffee or tea. Try to keep the dinner fairly light. It would be better not to eat.

- Every Sunday you set yourself up with a light routine, if you eat in balance you will be able to work day and night during the week. Going to the doctor will be less and you will be able to stay away from stress.
