Many people consider it magical water. However there is also a major scientific reason behind the water of this lake.

Lake water is alkaline due to the presence of sodium carbonate. The levels of ammonia and alkaline in water are also similar. Because of this the corpse there remains safe for many years. This is exactly what people in Egypt did to protect mummies. Due to this, carcasses of animals and birds are found more around the lake.

In addition to this lake, there is another lake on earth that is still a mystery to people today. The lake is in the African country of Congo. It is called Kiwu Lake. Lake Michigan, one of the largest lakes in America, is as beautiful as it is dangerous. A lake of deadly gas was reported near the lake, killing all the creatures that lived there. Scientists believe that there is a volcano at the bottom of the lake, which may have caused carbon dioxide gas to mix with the water and turn into a cloud as the gas level rises.

Dominica is a country in the Caribbean region of the North American continent, where there is a boiling lake. Going to this lake is like inviting death. In fact, the temperature of this water reaches 92 degrees Celsius and the reason is that this lake has a volcano, which always keeps the water warm.
