Cellphones have become like a body part. People always keep to themselves. According to a recent survey, on average, every citizen in India spends 8 hours behind a cellphone. Every citizen of a developed or developing country is obsessed with cell phones. The Internet and social media used in cell phones have become part of everyday business and online business, but a shocking survey in the United States found that 90 percent of Americans admit that 90 percent of Americans check their cellphones immediately after sex.

One in three respondents said the phone's notification distracted them. Although it is important to use the phone during business hours, it is also acknowledged to be scrolling through smartphones at funerals, office meetings and weddings. According to the survey, 90% of respondents admitted that they use cell phones even while watching television. Not only that, only 10% did not use cell phones in the toilet. After waking up in the morning, 4% of people were checking their mobiles, while at night, before going to bed, 3% of people were looking at their mobiles and fell asleep. People are often mentally stuck somewhere where they are physically present. The survey is a reflection of the changing lifestyles and habits of the people due to cell phones.
