A person who cuts his own hair creates art from it

Manila: Justoni Garcia, a resident of Manila, the capital of the Philippines, is a master of fine art. Working in the Merchant Navy by profession, Garcia creates stunning portrait paintings in his spare time. These paintings are not only artistic and vivid portrayal of the person but also have some specialty. Unfortunately the job is such that he doesn't get much time. He has only a few days to express his art.

Garcia cuts her own hair. Uses trimmer and electric clipper for this. Cut hair is the raw material for his art. He had no paint brush or canvas for art when he was on the ship, so now he has a chance to do this magic only when he is on holiday at home.

Thirty-two-year-old Garcia doesn't have the tools to use his own hair. He uses the hair as a color to create a painting. He used to start with his own face, now he makes portraits of artists, celebrities. Sometimes a music personality, sometimes an actor!

"It simply came to our notice then. I like to make portraits like this to spend months alone at sea and to get rid of the fatigue that comes with it, ”says Garcia.

People usually use pencils, pens or charcoal for portraits but Garcia uses her own hair. After cutting the hair, he sticks it on the canvas and paints it.
